Atrasos
O aplicativo Manufacturing (Manufatura) do Odoo exibe atrasos nas ordens de manufatura através do filtro Produções Atrasadas. Se a data final da MO (manufacturing order) exceder seu prazo, o prazo é destacado em vermelho para chamar atenção ao atraso.
Cálculo do prazo
O prazo da MO (manufacturing order) depende de como a MO (manufacturing order) foi criada e é calculado da seguinte forma:
Make To Order: the MO (manufacturing order) deadline is the Sales Order Delivery Date.
Replenishment: the MO (manufacturing order) deadline is today + Manufacturing Lead Time.
Manually created MO: the deadline field remains empty.
A data final é calculada como:
End date = Scheduled start date + Total duration of all operations
Filtros
Vários filtros adicionais estão disponíveis para ajudar a rastrear atrasos:
Delayed Productions: the MO (manufacturing order)'s scheduled start date is later than the deadline.
Late: the MO (manufacturing order)'s scheduled end date exceeds the deadline, highlighted in red.
Late Availability: one or more required components are not available before the deadline. For example, a confirmed purchase order or manufacturing order for components is scheduled to end after the MO (manufacturing order) deadline.
Components Available: all components are available to begin production.
Caso de uso
Considere uma MO (manufacturing order) com prazo de 17 de setembro:
If production on the MO (manufacturing order) starts after September 17th, it appears in the Delayed Productions filter.
If required components are scheduled to arrive after September 17th, the MO (manufacturing order) appears in the Late Availability filter.
If the MO (manufacturing order) has a scheduled end date after September 17th, it appears in the Late filter.
Ao combinar esses indicadores, os planejadores podem identificar rapidamente onde a produção corre o risco de perder os compromissos de entrega.
