Estágios da tarefa
Os estágios das tarefas são exibidos como colunas na visualização Kanban do projeto e possibilitam atualizar o progresso das tarefas com um simples arrastar e largar. Na maioria dos projetos, os estágios serão semelhantes a Novo, Em andamento, Pendências, etc.
Por padrão, os estágios das tarefas são específicos do projeto, mas podem ser compartilhados entre vários projetos que seguem o mesmo fluxo de trabalho.
Criar estágios de tarefas
O Odoo Projeto não fornece estágios predefinidos, mas permite criar etapas personalizadas adaptadas às suas necessidades comerciais específicas. Será solicitado que você faça isso imediatamente após criar um novo projeto <project_management/configuration>.
Para criar um estágio, digite o seu nome no campo Estágio... e clique em Adicionar.
Editar estágios de tarefas
Para editar o estágio da tarefa, clique no ícone fa-cog (engrenagem) ao lado do nome. A partir daí, clique em uma das seguintes opções:
Fold: to hide the task stage and all of the tasks in this stage from the Kanban view.
Edit:
Name: to change the name of the stage.
SMS/Email Template: to automatically send an email or SMS notification to the customer when a task reaches this stage.
Folded in Kanban: to hide the task stage and all of the tasks in this stage from the Kanban view.
Projects: to share this task stage between several projects.
Automations: to create custom rules that trigger automatic actions (e.g., creating activities, adding followers, or sending webhook notifications). Note that this will activate Studio in your database, which may impact your pricing plan.
Delete: to delete this stage.
Archive/Unarchive all: to archive or unarchive all of the tasks in this stage.
Status das tarefas
Os status das tarefas são utilizados para acompanhar a situação das tarefas dentro da fase Kanban, bem como para encerrar a tarefa quando está concluída ou cancelada. Ao contrário dos estágios do Kanban, isso não pode ser personalizado; existem cinco status de tarefa no Odoo e são utilizados da seguinte forma:
In Progress: this is the default state of all tasks, meaning that work required for the task to move to the next Kanban stage is ongoing.
Changes Requested: to highlight that changes, either requested by the customer or internally, are needed before the task is moved to the next Kanban stage.
Approved: to highlight that the task is ready to be moved to the next stage.
Canceled: to cancel the task.
Done: to close the task once it's been completed.
