Relatórios de assinatura

O aplicativo Subscriptions do Odoo fornece uma série de páginas de relatórios para ajudar empresas a analisar o desempenho das assinaturas. Existem quatro relatórios diferentes: Subscriptions Analysis, Retention Analysis, MRR Breakdown e MRR Analysis.

Cada relatório é visualizado em sua própria página de relatório dedicada e compartilha elementos comuns com os outros, além de elementos exclusivos.

Elementos da página de relatórios

As seções a seguir descrevem os elementos encontrados em cada página de relatório.

Filtros e agrupamentos

Filters são usados para limitar métricas a fim de mostrar análises específicas. Group By é usado para agrupar dados de seções específicas em grupos para uma análise mais organizada. Filtros

A seção fa-filter Filtros permite que os usuários adicionem filtros pré-configurados e personalizados aos critérios de busca. Múltiplos filtros podem ser adicionados a uma única busca.

  • My Subscriptions: Show subscriptions created by the current database user.

  • Quotations: Show subscriptions that are currently in the Quotation stage.

  • In Progress: Show subscriptions that are currently in the In Progress stage.

  • Paused: Show subscriptions that are currently in the Paused stage.

  • Churned: Show subscriptions that are currently marked Churned.

  • To renew: Show subscriptions that are currently marked To renew.

  • Recurring: Shows subscriptions that renew at specific intervals.

  • Non-recurring: Shows one-time subscriptions.

  • First contract date: Show subscriptions with a specific first contract date.

  • Next Invoice Date: Show subscriptions with a specific next invoice date.

  • End Date: Show subscriptions with a specific end date.

  • Custom Filter: Allows the user to create a custom filter with numerous options.

Agrupamentos

A seção oi-group Agrupar por permite que os usuários adicionem agrupamentos pré-configurados e personalizados aos resultados da busca. Múltiplos agrupamentos podem ser adicionados para dividir os resultados em partes mais gerenciáveis. A ordem dos agrupamentos selecionados determina como os resultados são exibidos, pois cada agrupamento é aplicado em sequência.

  • Subscription State: Groups the results by the current state of each subscription (Quotation, In Progress, Churned, etc.)

  • Sales Team: Groups the results by the Sales Team to whom a subscription is assigned.

  • Salesperson: Groups the results by the Salesperson to whom a subscription is assigned.

  • Referrer: Groups the results by the referrer from which a subscription originated.

  • Customer: Groups the results by the customer to which a subscription belongs.

  • Country: Groups the results by the country from which a subscription originated.

  • Template: Groups the results by the quotation template used as the basis for the subscription.

  • Plan: Groups the results by the recurring plan type of the subscription.

  • Product: Groups the results by the products included in the subscription.

  • First Contract Date: Groups the results by the date the subscription was created.

  • Next Invoice Date: Groups the results by the next invoice date of the subscription.

  • End Date: Groups the results by end date of the subscription, whether or not the subscription has ended.

  • Custom Group: Allows the database user to create a custom group with numerous options.

Visualizações

Nas páginas de relatório Subscription Analysis, MRR Breakdown e MRR Analysis, três opções de visualização diferentes estão localizadas no canto superior direito. Não há outras opções de visualização disponíveis na página de relatório Retention Analysis.

As opções de visualização disponíveis são:

  • fa-area-chart Graph view: Displays the total number of subscriptions in a graph, allowing for quick visual comparisons of subscriptions. This is the default view across the reporting pages.

  • oi-view-pivot Pivot view: Displays the detailed Monthly Recurring Revenue by both stage and month in a customizable table. This can be modified to display information into more detailed categories, such as salesperson, referrer, and more.

  • oi-view-list List view: Displays the subscriptions in a detailed list, allowing for easy viewing of detailed individual records.

Medidas

A visualização dinâmica possui seu próprio menu suspenso Measures específico de métricas com opções relacionadas a dados para escolher ao criar um relatório de assinaturas.

Quando o botão Measures é clicado, uma série de medidas selecionáveis fica disponível, através de um menu suspenso. Quando qualquer uma das opções são selecionadas no menu suspenso Measures, as métricas escolhidas relacionadas a essa medida específica aparecem na tabela dinâmica.

Na página Subscriptions Analysis, essas medidas são:

  • Expected Cost: Measures the cost of the subscriptions for the business as determined by the untaxed amount minus the margin.

  • Monthly Recurring: Measures the gross monthly recurring revenue for the subscriptions.

  • Quantity: Measures the number of products included in the subscriptions.

  • Recurring Revenue: Measures the recurring revenue for the subscriptions based on their next recurrence period (weekly, monthly, annually, etc.).

  • Unit Price: Measures the price for the business of each product in the subscription.

  • Untaxed Amount Delivered: Measures the cost of the physical products in the subscription that aren't subject to a tax and have been delivered to the customer.

  • Untaxed Total: Measures the total cost of the products in the subscription that aren't subject to a tax.

  • Yearly Recurring: Measures the projected yearly revenue for the subscriptions, regardless of their recurrence period.

Nas páginas MRR Breakdown e MRR Analysis, essas medidas são:

  • Active Subscriptions Change: Measures the net change in active subscriptions.

  • ARR Change: Measures the total change in annual recurring revenue for all subscriptions.

  • MRR Change: Measures the total change in monthly recurring revenue for all subscriptions.

A página Retention Analysis oferece medidas inteiramente únicas, incluindo:

  • Amount To Pay In POS: Measures the amount to be paid in still-to-be-invoiced subscriptions.

  • Margin: Measures the total margin of the subscriptions.

  • Prepayment percentage: Measures the percentage of subscriptions revenue that has been prepaid.

  • Shipping Weight: Measures the shipping weight of physical products included in the subscriptions.

  • Count: Measures the count of non-subscription products in the subscriptions.

Páginas de relatórios

Para acessar, analisar e personalizar vários relatórios relacionados a assinaturas, navegue até o aplicativo Subscriptions e clique no menu suspenso Reporting no cabeçalho para revelar as seguintes páginas de relatório:

  • Subscriptions Analysis: Accessible by navigating to Subscriptions app --> Reporting › Subscriptions. Users can view specific data related to recurring subscriptions, quantity of subscriptions, in-progress or paused subscriptions, and more. By default, the Subscriptions Analysis page uses the Graph view with the Bar Chart option and Stacked options enabled. The In Progress or Paused filters and Recurring grouping are also enabled by default.

  • Retention Analysis: Accessible by navigating to Subscriptions app --> Reporting › Retention. The Retention Analysis reporting page differs from the other Subscriptions app reporting pages in that it does not provide any additional view options. The data on this page is only presented in a customizable data chart. The Count measure option is selected by default.

  • MRR Breakdown: Accessible by navigating to Subscriptions app --> Reporting › MRR Breakdown. This page clearly divides MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) metrics for subscriptions into various graphs, lists, and charts. By default, the data displayed on the MRR Breakdown reporting page is in graph view with the Bar Chart and Stacked options selected. The MRR Change measure option is selected by default.

  • MRR Analysis: Accessible by navigating to Subscriptions app --> Reporting › MRR Analysis. This page offers a time-based collection of analytics showcasing how subscription MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) have changed over the course of any given period of time. By default, the data displayed on the MRR Analysis reporting page is in graph view, with the Line Chart, Stacked, and Cumulative options enabled. The MRR Change measure option is selected by default.
